omg i cant even believe this. i worked out in a crop top today and walked by the mirror and saw this and i was like mind blown omg i thought i looked amazing for the first time ever.
and this is at high intensity…with no breaks…

I look at everything I eat in burpees. keeps me straight.
I look at everything I eat in who gives a fuck.
Because I don’t need to count calories or restrict foods to look awesome and be healthy.

I’m going to eat a 1kg (2.2lbs) burrito tomorrow (maybe two) and you know how much extra exercise I’m going to do?

Find what works, and don’t compare yourself or feel inadequate because someone else has a different exercise routine. It’s about finding what you love, not having some mythical “perfect” routine.
